Qustion 1. Is Choco-love franchise for
me?
Answer : In order to determine if a business
is for you, the most important factor is that you have to love
what you do and be proud of the business you own. Running a successful
business is much easier if you have a passion for what you are
doing.
Qustion 2. Do I need restaurant experience?
Answer : Restaurant experience is not required. You must
posess strong managerial and interpersonal skills. Our comprehensive
training program and support systems will equip you to run your
restaurant effectively.
Qustion 3. How do I find a location?
Answer : We are always looking for and being
approached with various location options. We will also consider
any location you may suggest. There are a number of legal options
for a final tieup.
Qustion 4. Who deals with design and construction?
Answer : We have put together a strong project
team who we suggest you use. If you decide not to use them, we
must approve of whoever you are using.
Qustion 5. Do you provide financing?
Answer : No – but we support the project with
ongoing services and shared costs depending on project location.
Qustion 6. How long is the construction process?
Answer : It is reasonable to expect that once
a site has been secured and agreed upon, you can be open for business
in 60-90 days.
Qustion 7. What is the term of the franchise agreement?
Answer : The franchise agreement term is typically
for 5 years, renewed annually.
Qustion 8. Can a manager run the restaurant for me?
Answer : We do not allow absentee ownershop
of our Chocolove store by our franchisees. The simple reason is
that this sort of arrangement will not produce the same sales
and profitability results. This does not mean you cannot get help.
It simply means that you must maintain overall control.
The franchise must make a full-time commitment to his or her
Chocolove franchise. Partnerships are encourage; however, the
full-time operator of the store must own a minimum of 25% of the
business.
Qustion 9. What support will I receive?
Answer : We will provide full operational support,
consultation, supervision and assistance as necessary. We will
visit your site periodically to provide assistance and to review
your progress. We will also provide you with all marketing and
advertising material developed for the franchise promotion – these
material play a significant role in the overall success of the
concept.

an indication of the investment. You will be investing in:
